The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is recommending that cannabis be moved from Schedule I to Schedule III.
Do we know the steps to schedule 3?
1. HHS has sent a recommendation to DEA. Let's assume that's done.
2. DEA then does what and for how long?
3. If DEA agrees, then is that it or do we need the Congress or the Senate or something else?
